Refund & Return Policy

Our Promise to You
Every product in the Dignity Dream shop was created with intention, care, and a deep respect for your healing journey. We stand behind the quality of everything we offer, and we want you to feel genuinely good about every purchase you make here.
If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. This policy is designed to be clear and fair for both of us, and we hope it reflects the same warmth and integrity that runs through everything Dignity Dream creates.
Physical Products Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of your delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, undamaged and intact.
- Stickers and mindfulness puzzles must be completely unopened (sealed packaging, unbroken).
- You have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is perfect).
A note about journals and workbooks: Because our journals and workbooks are spaces for deeply personal reflection, growth, and healing, any journal or workbook that has been written in, used, or opened for use cannot be accepted for return. This is not just a business policy; it is a privacy protection. Your innermost thoughts, your healing work, and your story belong to you. We would never want those pages passing through anyone else’s hands.
If you receive a journal or workbook that is still sealed and unused and you find it is not the right fit for you, please reach out within 30 days and we will be happy to assist.
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple. Please email us at hello@dignity-dream.com with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used at checkout.
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email).
- The item(s) you would like to return and a brief reason why.
- At least one clear photo of the item in its current condition.
We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 to 3 business days. Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please do not send items back before receiving written confirmation from our team.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that it has arrived. You can expect the following:
- Inspection is typically completed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and applied to your original payment method (credit or debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
If your return is not approved (for example, the item shows signs of use), we will contact you directly to discuss next steps. We believe in honest, transparent communication every step of the way.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those situations, Dignity Dream will cover the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
- Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but we know that sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product entirely, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right for you quickly. Requests submitted after this window may be more difficult for us to process through our shipping carriers.
Email hello@dignity-dream.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. Depending on the situation and product availability, we will offer you either:
- A full replacement shipped to you at no cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method, including return shipping covered by us.
You deserve to receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition. We will not rest until that is made right.
Digital Products
All digital downloads (including digital journals, workbooks, printable worksheets, and any other downloadable files) are non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
We do not take this lightly. Before completing your purchase, please take a moment to review the product description, preview images, and any available sample pages to ensure the product is the right fit for you.
Having a technical issue? If you are experiencing trouble accessing, downloading, or opening your file after purchase, please email us at hello@dignity-dream.com. We will do everything we can to help you access what you paid for. Technical difficulties are never your fault, and we will see them through with you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, the easiest path is to initiate a return for your original item (if it meets the return eligibility criteria above) and then place a new order for the item you would prefer.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified that your refund was approved but you have not yet seen it reflected in your account, here are a few steps to take before reaching out to us:
- Check your bank account or card statement again. Refunds can sometimes appear as a pending transaction before fully posting.
- Contact your bank or credit card company directly. Processing times vary between financial institutions and can take several additional business days.
- Check with PayPal (or your payment provider) if that was your method of payment, as their processing timelines may differ.
If you have completed all of the above and more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email us at hello@dignity-dream.com. We will look into it right away and advocate on your behalf if needed.
