Due to the nature of our products, all digital downloads, worksheets, quizzes, journals, and handouts are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. 

Digital Products 

• All digital items are provided for immediate access
• Because digital content cannot be returned, all sales are final.
• If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
   

 Physical Products (if applicable) 

• If you receive a physical product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for replacement.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion once the issue is reviewed.
